Joan Wohl is a member of the class of 1950. She is originally from Philadelphia, Pensylvania and lives there currently. At Bryn Mawr she was a political science major and lived in Pembroke East. Joan was awarded the Minnie Murdoch Kendrick Scholarship to attend Bryn Mawr. After Bryn Mawr Joan went to law school and then worked at her father's law firm. She has been very active in her synagogue community and was instrumental in the movement for the equality of women in conservative Judaism in Philadelphia.
