On the Dashboard of your WordPress site, you will see a section titled “Media”. You can upload your images in this section and give it alternative text.
When including images on a website, it’s important to include alternative text, or “alt text,” as well – a description of the image that can be read by screen readers. The WordPress tutorial includes instructions for adding alt text for images on that platform.
