Task! Set Up A Blog Post to be Posted in The Future

In this task, you will be setting up a post that will be posted in the future! In other words, scheduled blog posts.

To do this, first you must have a blog post draft either created or already set up. (In this case, you need to have some sort of content already written in the title at least!)

You head to the right-side menu, with all the settings for the blog post, click on ‘Post’ (if it is not already there), then head down to ‘Status & Visibility’

From there, you go to the ‘Publish’ and click on ‘Immediately’ to change the date and time in which you want to post your blog post!

The point of this is to publish blog posts not only in future but to also publish posts in the past as well!

Publishing in the past is useful for wanting certain content to be published in order of date—so if you forget to post a blog post for Friday and it is Monday the next week, you can simply change it here and have the post be published on the intended date!

If this is confusing, please feel free to email us with your questions or search online!

Happy Posting!
