SWARTHMORE DELEGATES GO TO NEGRO CONFERENCE
The conference to discuss the welfare of the negro race and the question of inter-racial relations which it was designed to hold at Swarthmore last year saw its consummation in a meeting held at Bryn Mawr college last Saturday, April 25. There were present delegations from Cheney and Howard, colored schools, and from George Washington, Haverford, Vassar, and other institutions.An unofficial representation was present from Swarthmore, consisting of Peter Nehemkis, '31, Fritz Silber, '32, Dorothy Slee, '32, Margaret Paxson, '31, Lois Hall, '31, Catherine Rambo, '32, Edwina Embree, '34, Kenneth Mikeljohn, '30, and Eugene Thoenen, '33.
